The primary reason for the move was to achieve administrative efficiencies by joining its sister foundation, The Sheth Education Foundation. Both entities are now headquartered at the Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta.<\/p>\n<p>The new entity will be known as the Sheth Foundation. It was originally named The Madhuri J. and Jagdish N. Sheth Foundation when it was founded in Illinois in1992.<\/p>\n<p>The mission of The Sheth Foundation remains the development and recognition of scholars and marketing scholarship globally. It has given millions of dollars to support nonprofit marketing organizations around the world, including the Association for Consumer Research, The Academy of International Business, The Academy of Marketing Science, The American Marketing Association, The European Marketing Academy, The Haring Symposium, The Emerging Markets Conference Board, The Academy of Indian Marketing, and other recipient organizations.<\/p>\n<p>President Ruth Bolton said: \u201cWe are delighted to be working with the Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta, which we expect will help us to become even more effective and efficient in our supporting activities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Executive Board of the Sheth Foundation consists of: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shethfoundation.org\/leadership\/jagdish-sheth\/\">Jagdish Sheth<\/a> (Founder), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shethfoundation.org\/leadership\/ruth-bolton\/\">Ruth N. Bolton<\/a> (President), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shethfoundation.org\/leadership\/douglas-bowman\/\">Douglas Bowman<\/a> (Vice-President), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shethfoundation.org\/leadership\/richard-lutz\/\">Richard Lutz<\/a> (Secretary), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shethfoundation.org\/leadership\/angela-y-lee\/\">Angela Lee<\/a> (Treasurer), and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shethfoundation.org\/leadership\/tulin-erdem\/\">Tulin Erdem<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shethfoundation.org\/leadership\/linda-price\/\">Linda Price<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shethfoundation.org\/leadership\/reshma-shah\/\">Reshma Shah<\/a> (Members-at-Large), as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shethfoundation.org\/leadership\/karri-hobson-pape\/\">Karri Hobson-Paper<\/a> (Executive Director) and Laura Hilado (Administrative Director). They were assisted in the transition by an Advisory Committee: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shethfoundation.org\/leadership\/larry-feick\/\">Larry Feick<\/a> (Founding Board Member), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shethfoundation.org\/leadership\/barbara-kahn\/\">Barbara Kahn<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shethfoundation.org\/leadership\/kent-monroe\/\">Kent Monroe<\/a> (former Board members), as well as the Board of Governors of the Sheth Global Foundation: Jagdish Sheth, Ruth N.
